We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care and to manage our schedule efficiently. To help us do this, we ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen circumstances occasionally force us to reschedule or cancel appointments. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully ask that you do so with at least 24 hours' notice. This enables us to offer the appointment time to a different client who may be waiting in queue. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged 25% of the service fee. If you cancel without giving any notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late and there isn’t enough time to complete your service, you will still be charged in full. We value your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our policies.
